Move with flair, give with heart

What is karma yoga?

Karma Yoga is the practice of selfless action; offering your time, energy and intention for the benefit of others without expecting anything in return. Rooted in traditional yoga philosophy, it reminds us that yoga is not only what happens on the mat, but how we show up in the world around us.

Charity classes are a way to bring that philosophy into practice. Through mindful Hatha yoga, we create space to slow down, connect and move with purpose, all while supporting causes that matter to our community.

Have a charity close to your heart? I’d love to hear about it. If you’d like to nominate a cause for one of our Karma Yoga classes, please get in touch using the form below. I'm always looking for meaningful ways to support our community and share a little more flair.
